How much does it cost?
There is no admission charge to attend Ames Pridefest.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes, ins and outs are allowed. However, those clearly under the influence of drugs and alcohol may be asked to leave.
What if it rains?
The festival will take place rain or shine. If lightning strikes within 5 miles, all on-stage activities will be postponed until 30 minutes after the lightning stops. In the event of severe weather, we encourage attendees to seek shelter in Ames Public Library.

Vendors will be set up and available by 11:00 am. Only registered vendors will be allowed to sell and hand out information.
Will vendors accept credit cards?
Most vendors will be able to accept multiple forms of payment. However, you may want to bring cash to ensure you can make purchases at all vendors. There are also ATMs available at various businesses in the downtown district.
Are pets allowed?

(Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals and are not protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act.)
